Course 5: Emotional Health

Boost your self confidence.

Directions:

  • This course consists of three lessons. Each lesson has its own instructions.
  • Lesson 1 requires you to watch two videos on emotional health and mental strength, then take a quiz on the information presented.
  • Lesson 2 requires you to watch two videos on the effect of chronic stress on your brain and staying calm under pressure, then take a quiz on the information.
  • Lesson 3 requires you to watch two videos on building your self-confidence, complete the Anxiety Triggers worksheet, then take a quiz on the information.
  • ONCE YOU START THE QUIZ, DO NOT STOP UNTIL COMPLETED. If you quit too soon, your work may be lost and you will need to start again.
  • At the beginning of the quiz you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as your first and last name, the date, and the name of your tutor. 
  • You may take the quiz more than once if necessary.
